This is your opportunity to vote in committee members, hear important updates from the past season, and have your say on where we’re heading next. Our club runs on the input and support of its members, and this is the best place to contribute your ideas and feedback.

Whether you’re a rider, volunteer, supporter, or sponsor — your voice matters. We encourage everyone to attend, get involved, and help us build an even stronger season ahead.

Class Reps -  Solo, Sidecar, Classic Sidecar, Flat Trackers, Juniors, Open Wheel

AGM Nominations close  Saturday 13 June 2025 ( 2 weeks before AGM)

We will only accept nominations at the AGM if no prior nominations have been received for that role

This form is to be competed by the person wishing to make the nomination

ASRC is built on the time, effort, and commitment of our volunteers. Quite simply, without you, the club doesn’t run.

From race days to working bees, setup to pack-down, and everything in between — it’s your contribution that keeps the wheels turning and makes Rosebank what it is.
